How to Register for Access

Access to the Illinois Provider Portal first requires that the pharmacy or prescriber for whom you are requesting access be enrolled in IMPACT and for you to have a single sign-on user ID. If your pharmacy or prescriber is not already enrolled or you need to obtain a single sign-on user ID, please refer to the HFS IMPACT Website.
